Damien, at Hillway
I’m Damien Roberts. I started The Hillway Handyman in 2022, working from Hillway in Charlton Mackrell, near Somerton. Before that I worked as a technician for Rentokil Initial and for Viridor.
The business takes in bugs plumbing and D&S garden design, so one call covers the repair indoors and the job in the garden. I take on small jobs and big projects alike, from putting up a curtain pole to digging a new path and steps beside a river.

“We have asked for help from Damien a couple of times now. I would have no hesitation in recommending him And his work… he came and cleaned up after what was an aggressive wasp infestation and repaired a ceiling beautifully. The second time he came he cleared up after a flood and did all that was necessary for us as we were not at home. He arrives when he says he will be there and does what he says he will do to a high standard. He has proven himself trustworthy in both instances.”

“Damian has done a couple of jobs for us now. He renewed our panel fence and showed us a way to do it to save time and money. He has just renovated our patio. It didn’t need a full re-laying so advised just to do the necessary work and it looks great now. He also rebuilt our dwarf walls and the coping stones. The garden looks great now!!! Thank you.”
